Creating community and making connection, that’s why I teach. The students are amazingly earnest and hard-working, finding their way through the art process and their lessons. My community of artists continue to inspire me.

I work in studio each day and I then discover the next lesson to teach and a project that gets me to the next step, a ‘daily double’ in my process. My art community is a blessing.
